Keeping up-to-date with the latest nutrition and health research and translating the science to help clients is a passion of Lori’s. She has the skills and abilities to work with each client and individualize recommendations based on their lifestyle, genetics, medical conditions, and readiness to change. Lori will consider each client’s nutrition intake, medications, supplements, physical activity, lab work, lifestyle and stress level.  She works with clients with a variety of medical conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), food allergies, celiac/gluten intolerance, Lyme disease, mold illness, infertility, general wellness, heart health, cancer prevention/treatment, and gastrointestinal disorders.  A service she offers is MedGem® metabolic testing which determines a persons resting metabolic rate or number of calories needed each day.

Lori’s understanding of dietary restrictions comes naturally. She had multiple food allergies as a child and still has a deadly peanut allergy.  She understands gluten intolerance and how to eat a gluten free diet. These first hand experiences help her better help her clients.

Lori is a wife and a mother of a young girl who brings her so much joy!  She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, making jewelry, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
